These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software products, plugins, and related services provided by Pixel Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Services

Pixel Solutions develops and distributes software plugins for content management systems including WordPress and CMS Made Simple. Our products include both free (open-source) and premium (commercially licensed) plugins.

Free Plugins

Our free plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with that license. Free plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Premium Plugins

Premium plugins require a valid license key purchased from pixelsolutions.biz. Each license key is valid for the number of sites specified at purchase. License keys may be verified periodically via our API. Redistribution of premium plugin code is not permitted.

Data Collection

Some of our plugins may collect limited data to provide functionality or improve our products:

  • Deactivation Feedback: When you deactivate a plugin, you may optionally submit feedback. If submitted, we collect the plugin name, deactivation reason, your display name, email address, site URL, WordPress version, PHP version, and the date. This data is sent to our API at api.pixelsolutions.biz and is used solely to improve our products.
  • License Verification: Premium plugins send your license key and site URL to our API to verify your license status.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

All sales of premium plugins are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the plugin from functioning, please contact us at info@pixelsolutions.biz and we will work to resolve it.

Support

Free plugins receive community support only. Premium plugins include priority support as described on the product page. Support is provided via email at info@pixelsolutions.biz.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
