Backups Pro extends the free Backups module with advanced automation, remote storage, encryption, and migration tools. The free Backups module must be installed first.

1. Install Backups (Free Version)

Backups Pro requires the free Backups module to be installed and active. View installation instructions for Backups Free .

2. Purchase a Pro License

Purchase your Backups Pro license from Pixel Solutions.

3. Download Backups Pro

Download the Backups Pro module from your account downloads.

4. Install the Module

• Unpack the downloaded ZIP file into your /modules directory
• Go to Site Admin >> Module Manager
• Locate BackupsPro in the list
• Click Install

5. Activate Your License

• Go to Site Admin >> Backups Pro Settings
• Open the License tab
• Enter your license key
• Click Verify License

Backups Pro is now active. Configure advanced features such as incremental backups, remote storage destinations, encryption, migration tools, and advanced retention rules from the Settings interface.
